The front desk checks availability
Someone on shift reads your enquiry and looks at the live booking system for your dates. If it lands overnight, this happens first thing the next morning.
You get a written reply
Room type, total including GST, the cancellation window and a payment link if you want to lock it in. Nothing is charged until you approve.
You confirm and we hold the room
A one-night deposit confirms the booking for rooms, 30 percent for rooftop events. If you decide it's not for you, just reply and we'll close the file. No follow-ups.
Check your spam folder
Our reply comes from demanali@hotmail.com. If you're using a corporate inbox with strict filters, it sometimes lands in spam. Worth a look before you assume we haven't written.

River-View Suite Stays
Suites with a private balcony, king bed and a river aspect. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, pool and gym access included in every rate. The room most guests come back for.
Rooftop Event Venue Hire
Private hire of level nine for up to 180 guests. Built-in bar, commercial kitchen, dedicated lift and a manager on the floor all night. Packages from $1,850.
If it's urgent, ring the desk
Emails are quick, but the phone is quicker if your booking is for tonight or tomorrow. Someone picks up at any hour of the day or night.
A hotel on Grey Street
We're a small hotel with 48 rooms, a rooftop event venue on level nine, and a front desk that answers the phone at 3am. Nine minutes on foot to South Bank and the river, six to the arts centre, and roughly fifteen over the bridge to the CBD.
